Inbox Digest
A once-a-day summary of what actually needs a reply, built from a raw email export.
What it does
Takes a raw export of a day's inbox and produces a short digest: what needs a reply today, what is informational, and what can be archived.
Why it exists
Inbox zero is not the goal. Knowing what to act on is. This experiment tests whether a daily digest is more useful than a sorted inbox.
Status
In progress. The heuristic for "needs a reply" is still rough around edge cases like calendar invites and automated notices.
