Risk Flagger
Reads through notes and threads and lists what was raised as a risk or blocker, separated from everything else.
What it does
Scans meeting notes or thread exports for anything flagged as a risk, blocker, or open concern, and lists each one with who raised it, if that's recoverable from the text.
Why it exists
Risks get mentioned once, in passing, and then buried under the next agenda item. This experiment pulls them out so they don't disappear.
Status
In progress. Precision is the problem right now — it currently over-flags anything phrased as a concern, including ones already resolved in the same conversation.
