Thread to Decision
Turns a long Slack thread into a single logged decision, with owner and date.
What it does
Most decisions in a Slack thread are buried between context, jokes, and side conversations. Thread to Decision reads the whole thread and pulls out the one thing that matters: what was decided, who owns it, and when it takes effect.
Why it exists
We kept scrolling back through threads to answer "wait, what did we agree on?" This experiment is the smallest possible fix for that.
Status
Still alive. Used internally most weeks. Not yet packaged as a standalone tool.
