The five shapes, explained
We get asked, reasonably, why AirySyn ships with five fixed output shapes instead of one flexible "summarize this" mode. The short answer: a flexible summary is a draft. A fixed shape is a finished thing.
Client update answers one question for someone who wasn't in the room: what changed, and what do I need to know. Decision log exists because decisions get re-litigated when nobody wrote down why they were made. Weekly brief is for the person who wants a five-minute read before a Monday meeting, not a transcript. One-pager compresses something long into the page an executive will actually open. Action list strips everything except who owes what, by when.
Each shape has an owner in mind and a moment it gets used. That's the test we apply before adding a sixth: not "could this be useful" but "who reaches for this, and when." Most ideas fail that test. The five that remain earned their place.
